Marco Bezzecchi of Mooney VR46 Racing got his first race win in MotoGP in Argentina. He was followed by two other Ducati riders, Johann Zarco and Alex Marquez. The wet race caught defending champion Francesco Bagnaia off guard as he crashed to finish the race with no points. It was a day to forget for Aprilia while Yamaha managed to salvage some points with both riders finishing in the top 10.
